Need help jetting with pro circuit pipe on drz400

Hello we need some help with jetting on a drz400s. Question is the bike is from Utah and now is in California to do some riding. We are not sure what the jetting should be set at for both the altitude of california and also the pro circuit t4....any help is greatly appreciated!!
