Higgins Lake/Beaver Creek trails in Michigan?

Has anybody ridden these trails around Higgins Lake/Roscommon area. I heard there were about 40 miles of trails. I think there are singletrack and twotrack for atvs. Any info?

I have ridden parts of the West Higgins loop, its a fun ride. For mor info on the trail and a map check out this link.
www.dnr.state.mi.us look under the rec section you will get all the maps.
