Straight or progressive rate springs?

I have a 01 KTM EXC200. Would a straight rate or progressive rate spring be better on my bike? I am having trouble with getting it set up for my weight and don’t know enough about suspension to know if I want a straight or progressive rate spring. I was the progressive springs work better on the linkless rear suspension on the KTMs. I weigh 135 and am a novice woodsrider.

All I am going to say about this one is that the weitch from those auful progressive things to straight rate springs on my bike made a WORLD of difference. Then again, you have no linkage so it could be way different on your bike.
