Spring rate for 98 CR 250

I just purchased a new-to-me 98 Honda CR 250 (already love the power). I weigh 235 lbs and want to know what spring rates I need for front and back? I ride mostly woods, but with this I may start doing a few MXes for the fun of it. I'm not a fast rider, but can get aggressive and *try* to be fast.
What springs brand/model do I *want* and what ones do I *avoid*
And with these springs, what should my sag be?
Thanks...

Dave,
I'd go with a .46 and a 5.4 in the back.. The fork springs currently avaliable are almost all made by the same company. Go with what you want. If you could get hot wound springs in that rate...buy them.. But that's not happening.. Most companies making good springs get there wire overseas..
Regards,
Jer
