Ktm 250f Sx ??

I was at Marysville,CA. I saw a KTM 250F SX that railing the track.
I thought that I was seeing things so I put down my beer and grabbed cup of coffee, but the bike still read 250F SX.
Does anyone know if this would have been a prototype or something else?

My guess was that it was a proto. Did you get any pics of it?

No p;ics, but it was a *real* KTM fromwhat I saw, or someone stuffed a 250F motor into the KTM frame. It had a single head pipe like the 250F has.

One header:think hmmmm. all the KTM250 fourstrokie's that I have seen have a doulble header pipe, not that I dont beleive you because the 520's also had the same pipe except Dowdy's race bike has a single header. Perhaps KTM has revised the bike and lost some weight too!!
