I am after the float level on carby for a 1991 KDX 250.Any help would be appreciated.

hello fellow aussie rider

the float level is 17 mm +/- 1mm from the bowl lip to the top off the float if u have any problems with this send me a email and i will scan the pic out of my workshop manual and send it 2 u .

I have experimented with heights ranging from 20mm to 14mm. I finally settled on 16mm, any less and it runs rich down very low, and going much more makes it too lean in an extended top-gear run.
