93 250 rotors on 94 200?

I was wondering if the rotors off a 93 kdx250 would work/fit on a 94 kdx200. Reason being: both of mine are warped (enough to stop the wheel in 3 seconds from spinning by hand), and have had the brake pads to the metal. Would I need the 250 caliper also? Or would it be easier, and better off to go new (money is an object)?
