Has anyone used the A-loop MX seat/tank combo for XR’s before? I have a 1995 XR250R that I plan on keeping for a while and I was wondering if this would be a good investment? Do they hold up well? Will they fit well? I don’t want to spend $450 on something that won’t make a difference! Will it carry enough fuel for long enduros? I would really like to get it because of the ergo’s. Thanks.

Hmmm. I almost got an Aloop seat/tank combo during my recent XR spending spree. I still might. Based on any reports that I see here on DRN of course.

Lee: it's made for the 400; they have another model 4 the 600.
I've read it will fit the '96-up 250 with some work (typ. mag. info in not saying how), but not the pre-'96.
Give 'em a call.
I know of 1 fellow who tried it; returned it 'cuz he did not like the stiff foam, tho he's 175 lbs. - didn't comment on the ergos.
On a 250 the reduced fuel capacity 4 enduros shouldn't be a problem.
