Hey, Im wondering here, For those who watched the race. After Brown had finished in front of Langston in the first Moto was that a birdy or "Im Number One"? Just cant figure it out totally with the angle i saw it on TV.

You know... I was a little confused too.

When you see the race on TV (I have it on tape) it looks like his index finger and a number "1" or like he was shaking his index finger like you do at a dog to say "bad dog" But when they interviewed Langston right after the moto he said Brown "flicked him off". So I'm not really sure on that one. We were at the race - but didn't get to see that action up close.

I watched on tape several times and it looked to me like his index finger and a #1 gesture, not the one finger salute as Langston said.

I saw the action as well, and while I believe it was the index finger, the comments that he gave at the end of the moto lead me to believe he meant the birdie. He said that Langston was getting physical with him, even though Brown was the one who nearly side-swiped Langston. It just seemed to me that Brown was acting like a big baby.

I dont know, I think both of them showed being lil babies at different times. But that was one really good Rivalry in My opinion, i just watched the races thinking "Now how is Langston or Brown going to try to screw the other over". Hopefully we'll see some more bar to bar action going on next season, but you gotta admit, the dirtiest move came from Carmichael with almost shoving Bonniface off the Berm. Does anyone thinkt hat maybe Ricky is riding so fast is so that no one can catch his Lucky charms?

Agree that Carmichael's move was clearly low and unnecessary. Also--I lost a lot of respect for Brownie that day. What an idiot. Langston is solid. Very solid.
