He not only won them, he dominated them. I was there on sunday. That kid was amazing. I don't really know the the guys that ride the amateur nationals, but pretty sure #79 Turbo Reif won his class. Those guys really amazed me. They were blazing fast! I got a magazine from the race, but I can't find a web site address in it. It is called moto playground magazine. I will try to find a website and post it here.

I didn't go but my nephew did, #37 Cody Dickey. He got 2-2-3 overall in his classes. This was only his second week to ride his stock 125SX.....I can't wait to see the video tape. Supposedly everyone was talking about the 125 mod race. He bobbled in the last turn and got passed. If anyone went, I would like to hear any recollections of his riding so Ican pass it on to him....TIA

kawiman,
You are talking about Playground Magazine. Like you I don't know if they have a web site. Its published out of KCMO and covers local MX in KS, MO, IL, AR, OK, IA, and maybe TX and a few other states I don't remember. They also do some national race coverage. You can pick up a free copy at your more discerning local shop. Or get a subscription right to your door. Last time I went to Surdyke's a few months ago, they had copies in there shop.
z215,
Congrats to your nephew on a fine showing!
Did any other DRN members attend and race? If so, how did you do?
