URGENT Fork oil level KDX 1994 (Inverted)

I just bought a Maxima Fork Oil 7. The oil level should be 100 mm (measured from top, fully compressed and springs removed) as the other models ?

If anybody can inform the total volume that should be used it will also be great since there is not a drop of oil in the fork.
