CRF 450 R Front number plate question..

I am interested in putting a Vented front number plate on my CRF 450 and I have read that the triple clamps are the same as a CR 250.Does anybody know if a Number plate for a CR 250 will work over on this bike I have saw a couple of different ones one is made by Cycra and the other one by Pro Circuit.Any help will be appreciated..

I would expect so, The bike's are identical in many aspect's. Call cyra or Procircuit and see what they say.

THE FRONT NUMBER PLATE FOR A 02'CRF450R IS IDENTICAL TO A PLATE ON A 01'CR250R

I have my Scott's triple clamp off my 01 CR 250 on my CRF 450 and it is identical. The frame head is slightly different as my steering damper mount needs some rebending to swap to 450 but I can make it fit.
PS. This bike is so cool I can't believe it! My summary: it's a KTM 520 engine in a CR 250 frame.
