01 250 f just got this bike and changed the oil and filter . Went racing and it spit oil all over the place after each moto . Not a whole whole lot but it was enough to get on the frame and foot peg. IS that normal ? Are did I maybe over fill the thing . One other thing do I have to use yamaha lube R $8.50 a guart are can I use something else ??

sounds like you put too much oil in it? after you changed it, did you run it for a bit then check the oil level? or pour it in till it said full?
I'd use ??? oil instead of yamalube!! hehehehe

I did warm it up a little bit , and it was just a little over full .(not now)
