Does anyone know the fork oil weight and level for the 1999 Gas Gas EC200? Thanks ahead of time for any info!

I guess I have to answer my own inquiry. Anyway, I talked to Nolan Knight at Gas Gas North America and he told me 2.5W @ 145mm level.
Does this sound correct to anyone? In the past I have woked on these type Marzzochi forks (one leg rebound, one leg compression) and they had different settings for each leg. I hope this setting works well, as I will be returning them to my customer this evening. I will post his feedback after he rides it this weekend.

These forks are on my TM125..they s..k as compared to new designs.

I have tried these settings (hope to save you the greef) 20WT 140mm Comp/160Reb;12WT 140mm each; atf 140mm; currently 5wt (US-1) @ 140mm (better for harescrambles but.... I was told to try 2.5 wt for riding rocks. The 20wt was fine for jumping and sandy whooped trails/tracks. Otherwise the forks pound your arms on sharp edged stuff or braking bumps. The only cure I found was to have these forks converted to Kayaba internals or have the current set up modified for speed sensitive valving. I am considering this...
