have a 2000 yz 125 and race mostly motocross. but this weekend i went trail riding with my buddies and it got pretty rocky and lets just say i took a few good falls. Is there a special way i should set up my suspension or what? My bike has pretty good low end on it b/c i have fatty pipe and v-force reed block. any suggestions would be helpful. thxx

I wouuld set your compression softer, run your fork rebound faster and go for it!
