X-Bar pad ?

I saw a bike last weekend at the races with a Pro-Taper type cross-bar pad, (ya know, the square kind), but it looked like he had cut in openings for his Scotts Steering damper. Does anyone know if they make a pad specifically to fit with Scotts dampers, or will I have to hack one up?
