Any one out there try or have a Pro Circuit Spark arrester mated with their FMF pipe? I think I've read that they fit better but are they as effective mated with a FMF KG 30 on a KDX 220??? I was thinking of one because I thought it might help rev a bit more and cost a few bucks less than the FMF. How about the noise too?? We need to be below 92 Db @ 18 in for sound checks in MI.

IF this will help I have Boyesen reeds and will have a RB Design bored carb on the bike too.

Good question. I have been wanting to know if you can use a procircuit shorty silencer and an FMF SST pipe on a CR125R. I have heard the FMF pipe is better than the pro circuit pipe. Can anyone help us????

I've used an FMF pipe with a PC silencer on my KDX in the past with now problems what so ever. Everything should line up just fine.

01HondaCR I've got no idea. Check the FMF/PC web pages. If both with fit up to the stock pipe then you shouldn't have any problems. I do know that a number of the SST pipes wont fit anything but a SST shorty silencer.

Does anyone else have any ideas? I looked on the webpages and neither one said anything about having to use both of their pipes but maybe I missed something. Doesn anyone know for sure? Also does anyone know why procircuit is switching to the enclosed endcap on their silencers like FMF? I don't care for the enclosed ones. Thanks

01HondaCR this is a KDX specific forum so don't expect to see a whole pile of responses on a CR specific question. Have a look at some of DRN’s other forums and you'll quickly see there are better places to pose your questions and your chances of getting the info you're looking for will be much better.
