Anybody got a good set up for woods riding? I'm a rather scant 5'7" 130lbs. My bike in the stock form was a little harsh for me on the track. Although I dont ride tracks too often, I didn't change anything. All help appreciated

I'm 5'5" 135 with all my gear on when I first got my YZ I took it to the track for like the first 5 rides the suspension had this stiffness in the midstroke. Now that i've gotten alot more time on the bike (had it since august) the suspension has broken in. I at first ended up going 4 clicks softer on compression and rebound on the forks and on the shock. The was fine while the suspension was breaking in it wasn't so harsh. but since I MX, the suspension suddenly became alittle too soft so i've gone back to stock and it feels fine the harshness it had when new is gone now in fact I think i'll replace the fork fluid soon just to get back some of that stiffness it has when new.

I just traded in my street bike for a 02 YZ125, I've road it twice and have no clue what I'm doing but I'm definitly having a good time. I know how important suspension setup is on a street bike, so I would like to make sure that the dirt bike is in the right ball park. I'm 5'10" @ 165lbs with out gear. Does anyone have any good suggestions or references on setting the sag/rebound/compression/etc. Also all other riding and maintaince suggestions are welcome.

Thanks
Doug
