Who makes a handle bar insert for vibrations.I read somewhere someone tried them and cut down alot on vibration.Also read someone used silicone inside their pro-taper bars.How much silicone do you use?Does it work for a cheap fix?Or the inserts better?Thanks

I have heard wonderful things about the silicone method although I have not tried it myself (I dont have a vibration problem) I think you just fill the entire inside of the bar with silicone.
Anyone else want to add to this?

Bar Snake works well. It comes in solid and liquid forms.
