I may be mistaken, but I do not think that the 99 front wheel will bolt up to a 98 wihout massive mods to the spacers and axle. The clamp dexign is totally different.

Kawiekx125 is correct on the front wheel. It will not fit. But the rear will fit. I have a spare 98 rear wheel that fits my 00.
