I am about to change the springs in a 91 model KDX 200.

Are there any major differences in the process than what is described at Maddishers site?

What is the recommended amount (in millilitres please) and weight of the oil per fork?

The suspension guy has recommended a .45 spring for me (90 kg or 200 lbs without gear, love to put the bike in the air and play), what's the groups opinion?
