I have it on good authority, courtesy of the Denton SO, that anyone caught at 380 will be cited a Trespass Warning. If one has already been issued to you, then it's off to jail for Criminal Trespass, a misdemeanor B. Do not go there anymore!! You have been forwarned. Sorry, I hate to loose another spot too, but I would rather that, than you calling me to bond you out

Dern, it's got to be your fault because I've never been there.

Seriously, I never knew of a place to ride up there. I know I've seen 380 but I can't remember exactly where it is. Are there any good places to ride any where near Las Colinas or with in a half hours drive? I sometimes have to go to Mita up there & stay for a few days.

where are you talking about? the area south of 380 just east of denton?

Denton County Sheriff Office!

380?

What area are you talking about? I know about 360, but what is 380?

Since it's off limits I'm not going to tell you where. Don't need a 6 o'clock phone with a collect call from Jeff at the Denton County Jail. Basically if you don't know where it is, then you're doing yourself good = plausible deniability.:D

yarbonwick, you actually drove from garland to ride there? it is or i guess was a great little place to ride. that stinking development is what is getting us. i was riding there mid sept and talked to a denton county. he said he didnt care and unless the "owner" made a complaint at the time of the offense he couldnt do anything anyway. i only live a couple of miles from there but would only ride there rarely during the week at that. pretty dangerous place as far as riding goes. lots of blind spots. that is where that little kid got killed not too long ago. drive another 30 min and go to rocky ridge or over to marshall creek on lake grapevine. isnt there a place to ride by lake lavon?

We talkin Trinity here? Where the little boy died?

Posted by: slo' mo---------------------

sounds like the same. I think it's more of the housing development creating the static.

TX246 - is anyone going to open up Milam Creek anytime soon?

Posted by: yarbonwick---------------------

Actually 380 is off of, well 380 and 377 in Denton. As far as not being able to do anything, I have the "official" Criminal Trespass Warning in my glove box. And if I can get one, I'm sure you wouldn't be a problem. But yes, this is where Wade was killed. I, along with his dad, am the one who did CPR on him. I hadn't been back since the accident and wanted to....face my demon after that uneventful day?

Posted by: tx246---------------------

ahhh the milam creek experience. i knew it well. raced my first mx race there. i like the little beggar but that confounded black clay seems to keep riders away. i dont know what will become of that place. i liked it mostly because it was very close to my house. dont know what is going to become of it. the junkyard owner built the track and he really likes mx but couldnt make it go. seems like there has been at least two other groups who have leased it from him with the same results.
