ok after all my posturing as soon as the snow moves out a kdx moves in.my friend has a 96 200 now that we worked on handling , after riding his i want one now.i have a klx after your dirt skirt jokes i was wondering will all the wrenchin i've done on his carry over to a 01or 02 mod cause i want to do a few things different.i have lots of notes on mods but what chamber and muffler for east woods, trails, scott or wer damper, tires i like the d756 on my bike .i think i'm a novice knockin on lower intermediate . thanks guys and merry christmas

95-2002 are the same bike, except for change of graphics & heavier clutch springs from 96 up. All the mods you've done on his bike will translate onto any of these bikes, no problemo. Check out the justkdx site: http://justkdx.dirtrider.net/
What chamber & muffler does your friend have? Anything's better than stock
Steering damper, get whichever one you want/prefer. There's also the GPR which people are happy with, and seems to have really good support (i.e. updates done free).
Have a merry christmas yourself (I'm just killing time till it's time to visit my parents)

thanks Michelle i have driven enough people crazy on several lists ,i even called on and looked at a used crf450 but i am back to my first choice kdx200.he has a gnarley/procircuit combo. wondered what is the exact combo people felt was the best to smooth and stretch the power band on the 200.
