I'd like to try out the new 65 with my son Connor either at Elsinore, El Mirage, or Phelan on Friday. RMJeff -- are you and your son riding? MXDad -- how 'bout you? Anyone else?

O.K., maybe it's me but Friday is the 28th! Friday sounds good at Elsinore. Is that where the ride will be? Please clarify for us young folks! Hope your Christmas was great!

Longtime------- I will be at El Mirage Friday morning. I will probably get out there around 9am. Will have my son (XR100) and nephew (YZ80)
We will be mostly hanging around the truck most of the day.

LT. I should be able to make it to Elsinore on Friday. Got a bunch of safty and riding gear for Christmas. HA! See elk, I was a good boy afterall.
It's gonna take me all day to get all of this stuff on. May have to take a nap and rest up. I guess I'll just sleep in it so I don't have to do it again tomorrow.:confused:
MXDad. Would like to take you up on the test ride on the mighty 450.

89r - You got it. We'll be there around nine. I'll have two of my boys with me and MXMom too.
Elk - we'll probably park in the usual spot over by the 80 track somewhere.
LT - Come on out to Elsinore, there will be plenty of places for Connor to dial in that 65!

We should be there around 8:30 or so to get a spot, as long as I can drag my kid away from work!

I have to work Friday am so I think I'm going to go to Saddleback for a few hours in the afternoon. Have any of you guys been there yet?

The good news is that my boy and I just got back from purchasing him a 1986 YZ125 that runs real sweet! This means another Jr. on the trail with us once I get him broke in real good.
The bad news is that the wife and I are scheduled to go away this week-end. Bummer man; the kids gotta stare at that bike all week-end. (and all Christmas break). Sure wish I was going to El Mirage with you Jeff! Oh well, next week-end. Gotta spend this week-end kissing the wifey butt!:confused:

I haven't ridden in a bit, so this afternoon's jaunt at Glamis will have me good and sore for Friday.
I did ride for the first time at Glamis without a paddle tire. That was TONS of fun !!! My son didn't like it without a paddle, so we swapped tires on his YZ80. You guys have fun...
