Running to lean ? Help !

(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

It could seems a stupid question. My bike are proper jetted but if I screw out to much my air screw... Can I seize my engine ?
Thanks alot.

Typically if you CAN adjust the bike to run correctly with the air screw your OK. If the air screw doesn't fix it then you need to re-jet. (typicaly)

I suppose anything is possible, but if your scoot is jettied correctly it's pretty unlikely that you'd be able to do any damage by fiddling with the air screw.

I am going try to explain what I am trying to test.
Supposing that my bike (Cr 125) are well jetted (no pinging oil from silencer, do not hesitate to respond, do not bogs, do not foul plugs-color brown, start after 2 or 3 kicks in cold conditions...it seems perfect) But If I am going play with air screw clock wise my bike seems bogs a little bit in opposite If I turn out to much the air screw it seems to hesitate in responding (too lean).
I know that my question it is a little bit stupid but supposing that due to my ignorance I have tuned it to out (too much lean)...taking in mind that I am going ride in wood conditions (almost 1/4 to 1/2) Can I seize my engine ?
Thanks again.

If your bike is running well, you shouldn't have anything to worry about. The pilot circuit is not usually the cause of engine failures :D.
