OK guys here is the deal. My brother latched on to a 1986 Kawasaki KL 600. He and my father are attemting to put it together but cannot seem to get the timing right. Rather than watch them agonize for hours over the correct procedure I was hoping someone could give the correct sequence to time this thing.
According to them the local dealer was not any help. They had no problem selling them a few hundred bucks worth of parts but that was the best they could do.
What I know of it so far is on the flywheel there are two marks a T and an I with a sideways F next to it. On the sprockets on the cams there is on both of them an arrow and an I, opposite one another.
Any help would be appreciated.

I will email this to myself at home and look at the Maintanence manual that I have at home. I think that it is for the 86. I got it from my father who had a 84 KL 600. Loved that bike. When I get to the states, I will be trying to find one to buy. Email me if I forget.
