88 200 jetting

I cannot open the links to tech tips on the old Just KDX site. Can you let me know what the correct jetting is for my buddie's 88 200? It is stock except for a DG type two silencerand it is equipped with the Kehin carb. It only seems to run OK with the clip in the uppermost position so I am assuming the needle and/or the needle jet is worn.

Hey Mike! I noticed you didn't get a reply to your question; maybe it's too late now but here's my two bob's worth...
My old '88 ran fine with a main jet one size smaller than stock, ie a 310 (stock is 320); stock pilot; needle clip position one down from top.
