mx tech suspension

i just picked up a 99 yz 250 and mx tech did the suspension work.
the guy that had it was 190lbs. and i'am 170lbs.
do i just set the sag or need diff. setup,i beleive it was set for woods riding. i will be riding mx and wood's.thanks for any help.
