Ceet Gripper Seat

I'm looking to buy a medium-coarse gripper seat from Ceet. I was wondering if anyone has had experience with the different grits of their seats, becuase I wan't the coarse one but I don't want to rip a hole in my riding pants. Any advice or comments on the seats would be greatly appreciated. I'm assuming I should change the seat foam as well... Thanks

I've used the Ceet full gripper in, I guess, the medium grippy stuff. I liked the cover but watch out if you get your pants wet. The seat really grips then and you'll have to work a lot harder to move around or it'll pull your pants down. 
You should not have to change the seat foam unless you want to go taller and/or softer.
