Since I have a big hole in my front number plate, and have to replace it I'm thinking about just putting a flat plate on,and taking the light off too.
Has anyone did this, and what will work if anything..

Check out www.ebay.com. I am selling mine with the light. I changed mine out for a UFO universal KX front plate. Had to modify it slightly, but it worked.

The front # plate off any late model KX 250 wil fit.

I have a stock front plate with light and an aftermarket one with two high intensity bulbs, both are available, make me an offer. I also put a KX number plate on with minor modifications.

A KX # plate will work, thats what I want to do.. I get lost during the day so I know I'll never ride at night!!!
thanks for the offers.

new yz 125 #plates work well i have one and there is no trimming involved, you have to drill three holes to mount it, but you wont see them. it looks really nice.

I have stopped my bike against a tree with the front plate a couple of times. Heh. What I have resorted to is small zip tie stitches.
Im just going to break it again anyways so why get a new one!
