Y02 CR250 Rear Spring- 5.0 or 4.9 stock?

I have a Y02 CR250 and my owners manual states that the rear spring is 5.0. But when my local dealer looks it up on their film, they tell me its a 4.9? Which is it? I am 180lbs and need a stiffer spring.

the 5.0 rear should be stiff enough for you at 180.

My 01 stock is a 4.9. The 5.1 and 5.3 are the stiffer options. I am about 180lbs and believe I should replace the 4.9 with the 5.1. I have to add alot of pre-load to get the sag right and it still feels like it squats too much.
