What gaurds are better STOCK vs AFTERMARKET?

I just bought my son a new 220 and I want to put all the protective gaurds on it. This is my first KDX so I'll be asking alot of questions on this message board,so please bare with me!!!

Is the stock rear brake resevoir gaurd better than the Maier plastic frame/brake resevoir gaurds?

yes the aluminum guard is better
for hand guards you need bark busters or something simular
you can get aluminum frame guards and rear caliper guard also

Yes it is but I use both because the Maier guard protects the frame paint.
