Setting up KTM Exc Suspension for MX

(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

I have a real problem with the suspension .I previously used to my MX bike for cross- country(YZ125) but i got a KTM exc 200 (02) DIS YEAR.The mx suspension was suitable for for cross-country but not the best. But now i have cross-country susspension on the KTM and im regretting this purchase. Its great in the woods but on a hard motocross track it bottoms alot, it has got to the stage where i could get injured if it is not sorted quick I have adjusted the compression dampning all the way and the rebound and it has worked somebit , but not alot. I normally had the YZ setup fairly stiff as i like it that way . Is there anyway i can set it up good for MX without losing the adjustabiliy of the cros-country setting. I ride about 50% mx-50%xc and love the motor in the ktm as it seems to be a great package for motocross.::confused:

Check 1st to see if you have the correct springs for your weight-you can raise the fork oil level to help stop bottoming.
