Current mileage=3700*
Legal in all states (Licensed and Titled in Wisconsin)*
All pollution (EPA) hardware removed, but available to be replaced*
Suspension lowered to a 34 ½” seat height (this modification is totally reversible)*
Replaced seat with Devol’s softer foam and cover*
Complete engine rebuilt at 3205 miles (bearings, seals, rings and etc.)*
Also replaced starter freewheel sprang gear at time of rebuild*
Stainless steel washable oil filter*
Installed WP fork boots*
Pro Air Valve Bleeder kit on front forks*
Homemade fork rebuilding tools*
WP fork workshop manual*
Rebuilt rear shock at 2500 miles*
Homemade guard for speedo and trip instrument*
SupperTrapp muffler with up to 12 discs’ for tuning*
RK Oring chain*
Sprockets= Front 15T – Rear 48T*
Reinforce engine case in front of front sprocket*
Aluminum skid plate (homemade)*
Reinforce side stand mount*
TwinAir air filters(2 ea.)and extras*
Headlight switch rewired to have an off position for starting*
Converted headlight shroud to accept ¼” plate glass (less then $5.00 to replace glass)*
Replaced Yuasa YTX9-BS 8AH,120CCP battery with Yuasa YTX14-BS 12AH,200CCP.
This required a simple battery box modification*
Something is seriously wrong if you run this battery down*
Installed Premier Motosports Hot Wire kit*
Installed transmission breather kit from Premier Motosports (reduced oil consumption considerably)*
Stock gas tank expanded to 2.96 gallons (done with air pressure and a heat gun)*
Tires= Front – Dunlop D756 90/90-21, Rear – Dunlop D756 110/100-18*
Bridgestone HD tubes*
Modified wheel hubs for easier bearing replacement*
Replaced QuickSilver carb with a Dellorto 40mm PHM roundslide. Old QuickSilver carb and setup to go with bike*
FMF 909 handlebars (CR HIGH)*
Acerbis handguards*
Replaced front brake lever assembly and reservoir with Honda CR type. Piece parts more readily available and cheaper*
Buddy pegs (removable)*
Motorcycle is in Very Good condition*

Just a question, was this bike on ebay last year? I only ask because I remember in the ad that the owner had expanded the gas tank with a heat gun and air compressor, which I've never heard of.

Yes its me. Still trying to sell the bike. It is a must now, replacement bike is in the garage(2002 KTM 400 EXC.
