I am getting tired of these...................

....rocky, rutted, root infested, muddy woods trails that we are cursed with in NC. What state can I go to that has a good quantity of open, rolling trails with moderate jumps that I can open up my XR400 or CR 250. Also, will this state let me dual sport a 650r so I can go faster yet? I am not fond of major hill climbing or mud riding...would rather have occassional ditch jumps and technical stuff with a majority higher speed sweepers, 4th and 5th gear sections, and plenty of opportunity to get air.
I don't mind this technical stuff when it is dry..but if I really wanted to march along in 1st and 2nd gear for fear of losing the rear end all day, I'd have bought a trials bike.

I get to TNT quite often. Those trails are fairly quick moving. I actually want out of the woods or have a wide enough path that I can get a little out of control without worrying about ripping my bars and radiators off. What would be really ideal is a 20 mile outdoor MX track with the jumps spaced out a bit.

I like Brown ok except for the rocks. Trail 9 is neat but I din't get a chance to ride it last time I was up because some guy flipped his quad backwards on top of himself and the trails were closed for about 2 hours. Trail 1 would also be great if it had some good jumps.
I think what I am looking for may exist out west. Might have to try a different topic name to get a better response. Kinda torqued because I smashed my frame tubes on one of those rocky, rooted, low gear torture trails this weekend.
Thanks for the tip on Locust Stake and Manchester...will try those out.
