Out of state events- new orv permit?

I live in Washington and there will be a few enduros, poker runs, and harescrambles in Oregon this year that sound good. I have a washington ORV permit so do I need to purchase an oregon permit? I can drive my truck there with WA plates but I can't fish there with a WA license, I don't know.
Anybody have experience with this?

FYI in Cali, you have to get a land use permit.

The Wa. sticker is good in Ca, its only the Nv guys that have to get a permit. I have ridden in Ca with Idaho sticker with no problems and its only in the last couple of years that Nv people had to get a permit and even then its not always required. your good for 60 days in Or.
