Hey guys,
I just sold my 86 Yz 250 for a new steed and I was wondering if any of you could give me some insight on the 96-98 YZ's if you have any of the above bikes could you just let me know what you think of it... I plan on buying sometime this month, i've got 2800.00 so we'll see what I can afford (bike prices are high here in CA) Thanks to all in advance.
P.S. some 98's get legal green stickers right????

I've got an extra '96 cr 250 I was going to sell in that range when I get the chance. It was supposedly the best motor ever for cr's. The bike is bulletproof and hardly been ridden. P.M. me if you are interested and I'll send a more detailed history and goody list. I live West Valley.

i would get a cr but if u want the yz go for it. Thier are a ton of nice yz's in that range, that will not make u go bankrupt. I have a cr125 and a cr250. Ive had a 1999 yz250, but i sold it cuz it had too many little baby problems that take months to find. So i bought my 2000 cr250 and i was happy.

go for whatever flots ur boar, not what others think.
