On a '01' KTM 640 LC4 I get a fair amount of engine vibration at the bars and seat. Could anyone recommend a way to reduce the vibration ?
Thanks in advance

Try a Bar Snake. It is a piece of rubber that goes inside your handlebars. Here is a link if you want to check it out.

The alternative to buying a bar-snake is to pump the bars full of mastic(don't know if you guys call it that), but it is the clear rubbery stuff that you seal gaps at the side of windows etc., you would probably get it in a builder supply shop for a few bucks.

Are all the motor mount bolts torqued correctly?
Amazing how many times I've noticed vibration in a bike - and found this to be the culprit.
