anything bad about '00 YZ250?

well thats pretty much it, anything bad or anything to look out for in a 2000 YZ 250?? or was this the best 2000 250cc bike produced??

I think that 2000 cr250s were best in my opinion. Yamaha in a close second although. Just get on the net and look for some 2000 250 shootouts. Yamaha has a powerful engine of course and top rate suspension second only to hondas sweet suspension.

just don't look at MXA! the YZ could be an electric scooter with no suspension next year and it would still win their shootout. they must like blue, or they just suck?

I don't know about the 2000, but the 2001 is a great bike. linear power band that revs quickly. it makes me a better rider.

I have a '00 YZ250, and the only problem I have ever had with it is jetting related, and there is a recall on the throttle. Nothing more than replacing a wheel in the assembly at the twist. Otherwise it has been a great bike, and I plan on keeping it for another year at least.
