Shifter tip replacement for CR

I am currently looking a company that has a shifter tip replacement for my CR shifter lever. IMS ??
Any help would great.

Are you just looking for the tip of the shifter? No companies make them but it would be wise to replace the aluminum stock shifter with a nice steel replacement such as IMS, Moose, MSR.
