Parting out '88 KTM 600/LC4

I'm considering parting out my old standby KTM 600 / LC4. I've got a strange problem with it: idles but has no power over about 800 RPM and no body can figure it out. So if I can't fix it, I'm going to part out. Other than the weird problem, bike is a really cool old dual sport with all the bells and whistles.

Let me know. I live in the Portland, OR area.
