I have been fiddling around with the suspension on my bike, I cant seem to fix the problem of being bounced up and down when going over bumps at high speed. I think I have nearly got the rear shock set properly, but the forks still seem very bouncy. I weight about 80kgs. Can anyone help me with settings to make it at least that little bit better to ride
