Fordsville, KY Mid-South Race

Anyone planning to go to the Fordsville race on March 24? Any experience with the course and what can be expected there? I may be able to make it, still kicking it around. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hey Bob, I talked to you and your wife at Dirtweek. I live around Fordsville. I will be at the race. It should be a good run. I talked to a buddy of mine that is in the club and he said they are laying out some new trail. They didn't race there last year because the year before it came a flood before and during the race and it tore the trails up badly. The ruts were swallowing the bikes!! It had a mix of tight woods to open oil field roads. My buddy said it should be around 10 or 11 miles long. The parking area is small so they will have to jam everyone in there and park some on the road. You might want to get there early. Are you coming down to visit relatives while you are here? The youth race starts at 9:00am and the bikes start at 11:00am with the Quads running after them. If you want to know anything else E-mail me-
