I'm gonna enter my first race since I was like 11. I'll be happy to finish. Anyway, come join the fun! Here's a link to more info and my first-time questions answered (thanks JPIVEY).

William - Just finishing is a good goal for your first race. Sounds like fun But I'll be doing the Running Cactus Enduro on the same day. I have yet to do a Scramle but they sure do sound like a good time.

Thanks Gomer. 
It's seems most of the crew will be doing that timekeepin' stuff. IF I manage to make it though a marked course, I might think about enduros. But math makes my head hurt.
