Lawman,
It should be a good ride. The Razorback Riders usually put on good events. In years past the trail has been 4 wheeler trail with a good mix of tight single track. Last years event was kind of wide open the first 35 miles. I had dropped zero points 35 miles in then I clipped a rock and tore my brake pedal off. The traill gets pretty rocky at times with some super fun uphill and downhill sections with water bars on them. The first year I rode it they had some tight technical trail they did not use last year. This year they have a new camp area and are supposed to be using more of the singletrack from the previous years. Also keep in mind this is the northern part of Arkansas. I have left my house in central Arkansas while it was sunny and 70. And for some reason it is always cold up there on the mountain. So bring warm clothing just in case.
If you guys get there early enough the BJEC awards banquet is saturday night in Fayetville. The food is usually pretty good and there are a good number of hotels in the area 30 minutes from the race site.
See ya there!

ROCKS. It's a fun race. Lots of little fire roads that are connected with tighter, nastier rocky uphills and downhills. I have always had fun at Whiterock. This'll be might first race there on the GG. I'll be making the trip myself and tenting it. Look me up if your at the camp Saturday night.

thank ya, boys! based on your advice, i mailed in my 30 bucks, so there's no going back. broken brake pedal, carroll? man, that's bad luck!
current plan is to pull out of mempho on thurs morning w/girlfriend/pitcrew chief & tour around the wilds of arkansas for a couple days to get away a little bit. we'll probably do a museum that's just up the river from memphis, then a big cave whose name escapes me, then hike a little bit in petit jean s.p., then cruise over to the enduro. i'll be in a white & tan f-150, probably towing my beat-up camper trailer. i'll look for the adr crowd at the campground. looks like jerry won't make it, his pregnant wife is getting a little fussy about all of the weekends away.
hope to see you all there!

I would expect many a log crossing and several creek crossings. Yes, the weather on the hill is somewhat finicky and I here they have moved the camping/start location. I guarantee a good time will be had by all. I rode there in 5 inches of snow..yes it was an enduro
