hey, i was thinking about tires, and dont know if i should get soft terrain or what...
if a trail is kinda sandy, but no mud to pack up in the tires,, would one of the enduro tires work better than a soft/intermediate tire?
thanks.

S12's year round, front and back, it's that simple. I've had good luck with these on dry hardpack to sand to mud. Now I don't buy anything else. And yes, I do ride in the southeast. Let's hope it stays dry this weekend.

Maxxis Sur Cross (intrmediate terain) tires! Long lasting Great thread pattern. Make shure the rear is the new style that resembles the Bridgestone, M-70. The front resembles the Dunlop K-139 double-side lug with the 752 pattern for the center knobs. Exellent carcus ( durable). robtirma@msn.com:mad:

the only time ive ever had trouble with my dunlop d739 intermediate terrain was in a sandy turn at a mx track...since i ride tracks alot,, i do need a good tire for sand over hard pack turns.... is maxxis a new top company?

Yea I'd say S-12's are what you want, it's almost like cheating there is that much difference. I have a S-12 on rear and a 752 on front a little more
wear and I'm changing the 752 to a S-12..
