1999 CR250 Twin chamber help needed

I need some help here.. Im helping a friend get his bike ready for the season and he wants to change his fork oil. I have absolutley no clue how to change the fluid in these twin chamber forks. What is the propper procedure for changing the oil and what is the recommended amount of oil to put back in? and what about bleeding the fork afterwards? any help you can offer would be great. Oh and oil... bel ray 5wt ok? I shure like servicing the WP 50mm cannons on my 300 exc alot more than these!!
