Favorite boots

My favorite pair of boots that I have EVER had just got sentenced :whiner: I've worn them almost every day for 6 years! They fit like..... well like a good broke in pair of boots. But I took them in to the Red Wing shop today and they said there was nothing they could do for the torn up footbed. I was planning on new soles & heels but it really doesn't make sense if the foam footbed can't be repaired.:whiner: :whiner: So, I stood there in disbelief looking at all the new boots on the shelf then back at my trusty friends. I ended up carrying out another pair of 1155's plus they knocked $15 off because I was so bummed. Sure hope these new one's work out the same.

Red Wings! Shoulda got yourself a pair of Whites! Spendy, but worth it. Mine are now 10 years old, one resole, one rebuild, and due for another rebuild. Most comfortable shoes I own.

I guess I won't be trading in my SIDIs any time soon.:think

The trials crowd give you hell for wearing those while you ride?:scream:

I have a pair of Doc Martens that are 4 years old and just about as bad as your RedWings . Those shoes are the most comfortable I have ever had and it is coming time to part with them :whiner:

Corcoran Machs,nice nylon webbing,love 'em. i like my oneal elements too, those things seemed to fit right out of the box, i was thinking about buying some garnes, you know,keeping up, but man,those cheapie oneals work. wow,wearing out work boots,man,that's..well, work!
