Front Brake Cable - 01 KDX 200

Ditched front light, have MX number plate on front. Stock front brake line is longer in order to route around light. Since I have no light, I would like to shorten up line and come across number plate like most MX models.
Fastline makes line for KDX, but I need shorter version by several mm's. Anyone made this mod, details....
OR
Sage, would KX line do the trick? Any way you can get specs on line lengths?

You don't have hydralic front brakes, I have a mx # plate the line doesn't bother me..check my pictures.

kdxjr, sweet bike! What year model is your number plate? What brand bark busters are those?
Hyrolic front brakes? Not sure what you mean. I'm simply wanting to take out the extra 5 inches or so of slack.

Hey, alot of the manufacturers use the same components. I would measure what you are looking for and go to the local shops and look at the new bikes! And, while your at it order up one of those ACERBIS Cable Guides which attatach to the number plate. I use them anyway!!!
