I just bought a '99 kdx200, my previous bike was a CR500.
Is it normal for the KDX to have a sudden hit on top end?
How do I know if the powervalves are working correctly?
The bike has a FMF pipe,Radvalve.
Any good jet settings, clip positions,or any info or pictures about
checking powervalve

The KDX can have a hit like you describe - or not, depending on the pipe and how it is jetted.

Check out this site: http://justkdx.dirtrider.net/newtech.html

There is a lot of good info there, including starting points for jetting. Once you've read through it, you can post addtional questions here.
